Polyester built for airflow, with an open weave in the body of the Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey in red and a tighter knit at the shoulders where the heat comes from. The knit of the red Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey is smooth against the skin, so an adult can wear it next to a t-shirt without a line rubbing.
The red Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey is cut for a regular fit and finished at a length that works over a t-shirt without bunching.
Graphics on the red Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey are applied flat and bonded, so they survive an adult wearing it weekly.
Match day, courtside, or a Tuesday night in front of a screen at home, this is the Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey an adult actually reaches for.
Material and fitPolyester knit, true to size+
a single-layer print on the Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey means the graphics of the red version move with the fabric rather than sitting stiffly on top. You can feel the difference between this knit and a flat printed sheet the moment you pick up the Houston Rockets jersey, and it keeps that difference after washing.
Sized to the standard range, with a body length on the Houston Rockets jersey that covers the waistband of a pair of jeans without bunching behind it. The Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey in red is cut a little longer in the body than most, which is what stops it riding up when an adult sits down.
The name and number on the red Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey is applied in one layer, so it sits flat and stays legible after a season of wear. Everything on this Houston Rockets jersey that you can see from the concourse is applied flat, which is why the finish looks the same after a season.
Following the cold wash and the line dry is the difference between a Houston Rockets Icon Edition jersey that holds its shape and one that an adult has to replace. If you wash it hot, the fibres of a Houston Rockets jersey move and the red flattens out faster than any amount of wear would do it.
Where it gets wornMatch day and everyday+
For an adult who wears their Houston Rockets colours with pride but also wants the Icon Edition to look considered, this red version is the balance. A Houston Rockets jersey like this also solves the problem of standing in a queue for an hour in a cold Houston Rockets stadium concourse.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Houston Rockets jersey come with a discount?
The red jersey is priced to sit fairly against other Icon Edition options. If you order more than one Houston Rockets jersey, the shipping is free over $59, which covers most of the difference.
Is the Houston Rockets jersey suitable for casual everyday wear?
That is how most people wear it. The knit and the finish are good enough for a coffee run, and a Houston Rockets jersey that only came out on match day would be a waste of a good shirt.
Is the Houston Rockets jersey loose at the shoulders?
There is a little extra room across the shoulders and chest of the Houston Rockets jersey, which is what lets it sit over a hoodie. It is not a baggy cut, and the hem still lands where it should.
