• Handling Time: Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment hub within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin warehouse processing on the following business day.
• Peak Season Handling: During major promotional events or holiday shopping seasons, fulfillment times may occasionally extend by 1–2 business days.

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete physical delivery address (including apt/suite numbers and postal codes). Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Standard retail shipments across North America and Europe usually pass through customs clearance smoothly without extra fees. However, any destination customs duties, local tariffs, or regional VAT levied by regional customs authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Transit Guarantee & Lost Parcel Replacement

If a parcel is officially declared lost in transit by the courier network or experiences an extraordinary delay beyond 30 business days without delivery scan, our customer care team will immediately issue a free replacement shipment at zero extra expense to you.
